takes some effort to install

how am i paying full price and a part is missing? i can't connect the antenna to the receiver without this part. it's worth nothing without it...junkUPDATE: WE HAVE SINCE INSTALLED THE RECEIVER AND THERE MUST BE A BREAK IN THE WIRE TO THE RECEIVER. WHEN IT IS MOVED THE XM RADIO SHUTS OFF....WHEN U WIGGLE OR MOVE THE WIRE IT COMES BACK ON.SAVE URSELF TIME AND MONEY...ORDER IT FROM THE SIRIUS WEBSITE...OR SOME PLACE MORE REPUTABLE

Owned for less than a month, ever could get it to work. Company mailed me a replacement but we had to pay $30 to return the product that didn’t work.

This appears to be a used or demo unit. Was supposed to be new. All items had been opened. the metal input was all scarred up appearing to have been tightened up. Hope this doesn't void my 2 mo trial or rebate. it better work.
