Glad Cooking Kitchen Utensils Set – 7 Pieces, Nylon Tools for Nonstick Cookware, Gray

Bought for my son and daughter in law for Christmas and she was happy with the quality, design, size, and functionality. They are sturdy and relatively heat resistant.

A very useful kit for a small kitchen. The material is sturdy and won't damage pans.

I cook often on cast iron and cook some things that require a roux. Cooking rouxs requires a very resilient set of utensils that can withstand constant contact with the pan and oil/fat as you scrape the flour off the bottom of the pan. This set melts just cooking a steak on cast iron and doesn't handle high heat well. You will be fine cooking many things. Just be aware that you will need to scrape melted plastic off the tips from time to time. I have to stick with wood spatulas for my steaks and rouxs.

The price is very reasonable, they are good quality and fairly thick and sturdy. Way better quality than the dollar store utensils for not much more money.

Tips of the spatula do not hold up. They seem to melt with some if the material flaking off.

Easy to clean, no melted plastic from high heat! First set that's still like new after constant use!

Even though my cookware is all Stainless, I still prefer to use nylon tools. Personally, I absolutely cannot stand the silicon stuff (have tried numerous different ones), they are just not for me. Nice, nylon kitchen utensils are actually not that easy to find. Well, not for me anyhow, as I do not care for big, thick handles, because they take up too much valuable realestate in my countertop holder. And I like to have, and do use, all the various utensils that this set contains. Since I cook throughout the day, I've got two sets of these GLAD Utensils in my holder. Stains? Sort of, on a couple of the utensils, I guess you could call those marks "stains". But I expected that with all the cooking I do. Nylon tools will hold onto the oddest things now and again. If it doesn't all come off after I've scrubbed with dish soap and BKF (bar keepers friend), then I don't sweat it, as at that point it is ingrained and not any sort of issue other than how it looks, which I could care less about. Sometimes I wash these by hand while I'm cleaning my cookware, or sometimes I put them through the dishwasher (top shelf only, laying down with hole in the handle on one of the dishwasher pegs so they cannot fall through), and I'm very, very happy to have these!

I used them for few months. A spatula cooked with other food as you see in the picture. A ladle colored yellow because I used them to cook the yellow curry. Poor quality, not recommended.

Most important “ I wanted a NAROW TURNER “ like I have never never never needed wide turners, narrower the better and firm so won’t flop or fold over with heat and smaller ladle and smaller spoons (like who needs extra large mixing spoons that you. Ant fit into a pot) and thicker spoon portion, not so bendable, difficult to mix things if not impossible but the length is perfect and I wanted thicker handles, chunkier in one piece from same material and this is one solid piece ok on that point but thinner than I like, chunkier would be nicer to grip. So ton of shortcomings but they are adequate (borderline) only cause I honestly can’t find anything on par with my sensible and logical specifications. And most utensils now are bendi bending silicone and I hate them. So this at least has some firmness. Oh well, they look nice lol like that’s deginetly not the most important but whatever,

These are pretty lack luster. The ends of the spatulas have started to curl up. The quality isn't there. Don't bother with this set.

All pieces function as needed, but even the dark gray shows discolouration from red/yellow sauces
