Multiculturalism and Diversity in Applied Behavior Analysis

I was so excited to read this text however I think it really needs to be seen as a very introductory review of some of these issues. Each chapter stands alone, which is both a benefit but in the case of someone reading the whole text at once is also a bit of a drag. Each recommends getting more training, points out our ethical obligations but does not give much actionable content. I’m proud of these authors for making the first step, our field needs it, but I think it needs much more.

I'm excited to read it. I think this book is extremely relevant, necessary and fundamental for all BCBA's and RBT

A must have.
