Best Performance Mod for M365
Here are the key points in my review of this suspension kit:• Very significant ride improvement and definitely a must have for m365. However, you will still feel vibration from the rear wheel when riding over rough terrain, but it is definitely manageable/minimal.• The suspension will help prevent the loosening of the folding assembly, as the handlebar will no longer violently shake when riding over rough terrain.• The 10” wheel mod is no longer a required suspension mod, which is great as the larger wheels affect the scooter battery range and acceleration.• All tools and parts are included for existing front wheel fork disassembly and kit installation. When removing the front tire, a nut on each side needs to be removed which can be difficult as mentioned in previous reviews. Use a long bar/pipe and secure it to the end of the 16mm side of the crescent wrench that came with the kit. This will give you leverage when removing these nuts with much less force, so you can insure the wrench is secure during removal and will not strip the nuts. Duct tape a broom stick to the wrench if you have to. With the scooter wheels on the ground, position the wrench on the nut so you are pushing towards the ground (not upwards). Be patient and remember that you do not need to use 100% of your strength for this kit installation.• Grease inside walls of spring piston assembly if spring is squeaking during riding.• M6 socket head screw that mounts down the center of the folding assembly should be 30mm long (included in kit). I received a 35mm long screw (seems like I’m the only one). Can easily find one at any hardware store or cut it to the correct length.• Construction of the kit is of decent quality with 16 flanged ball bearings at the critical pivot points of this five bar linkage design. There is a cheaper clone version of this kit with no bearings and weaker construction. Compare the thickness of the four linkage bars and side plates of the Monorim kit to the cheaper version for an adequate assessment.• The kit provides two springs that will be used based on rider's weight. The yellow is the lighter spring (50-100kg) and the blue is a bit stiffer (70-120kg). You can find a replacement for the spring piston assembly, such as an air shock (150mm), but they can get pricey and cost almost as much as the suspension kit. You would also need a shock pump to adjust the air shock. An air shock is the ideal setup, but it is not required as the supplied springs perform very well.• After installation, the front fender might bump into the spring piston during riding. If this occurs, place a piece of adhesive backed felt at this position or add another washer to lower the front fender.

Fantastic upgrade and totally worth it if you go on any rough surface.
It fitted properly but be warned, if you have never taken the tire off you m365 it is very tight and lock tight is all over it which make the wheel extremely difficult to take of. Once I got it assembled and rode it, wow... Just wow that system made it so smooth. Love it. Recommend better instructional video. That video was absolutely horrible and was speedily to fast where you couldnt see what they were doing. However the quality was top notch and a serious upgrade to the front end because the stock front end looks very weak and this new monorail is serious!!! 10 stars.

Great....but...
Pros - Does a fantastic job of absorbing bumps.Looks cool.Includes the tools you need to install it.Seems durable.Cons - Difficult to install correctly.Affects the steering in a negative way (I would have uninstalled it because of this if some original partsweren't broken in the process of installing the shocks. They do include these parts in their kit).Comments - If you switch to a tubeless tire you should consider this upgrade, but be warned...the m365 is madeto be light so the parts are easy to break or reinstall properly.Watch videos and anything you can find about installation, and take your time. The steering is not smooth anymore as the tire is no longer inline with the steering post.If you don't ride off-road I would not recommend this upgrade (even if you switch to tubeless tires). If this is for an adult, replace the spring with the heavier one provided. Most (if not all) bike shops won't install this for you...believe me I have tried to over-pay them tomake it their headache. So why did I give it 4 stars? Because, if you ride off-road and if it's installed properly it helps absorbbumps, tree roots, train tracks, etc a lot. I don't want to knock the product too hard just because Iwas unable to get the scooter back together as well as it was before I installed this...but buyerbeware.

Good product !
Good quality, just finished to mount it (thanks to the YouTube Video from Monorim), a quick test run and everything works fine. Definitely gonna improve a lot the smoothnessy or every ride :)Be aware :-It's not as easy as it looks in the video, nothing really dramatic either but it took me 3 hours not 20 min :)-if you're over 80 kg change directly the spring for the Blue one. The yellow is way too soft and changing the spring once everything is already mounted is a bit of a pain..-The tools provided are bad quality, I recommend to buy at least the wrench 18mm (I torned apart the one provided when I was trying to unscrew the front wheel) and a rubber hammer (really handy). But overall really happy about my purchase !

Waste of money !
I would not recommend this product at all. It is a waste of money. The part does not fit the scooter perfectly, and the advertised 15min installation was false, it took 2 people almost an hour and a half to get it installed. It adds extra weight to the scooter without adding any comfort to ride if not made it worst. Am about to take mines off and put the original back on after a week of testing it!
