I've been using my bowflex for over 15 years now. I've gone through a few sets of handles over that time. These are my latest and I really like them. Wider and more padded than the last set I was using. Wider handles give a more intensified workout and the padding makes them more comfortable to grip. I highly recommend these.

I bought the cables from Totalgymdirect.com and it was a task, so I am glad these were actually better for my arthritic hands , for they are nice and soft. And they work just fine, even thought the sliding strap would have to be made sure it's as you like it, but it's a great trade off for ergonomic handles, since I use this for therapy and not muscle gain.... we'll leave that to the young folk :)

You can never find a matching pair at the gym so I bring my own. These are great and have had them at least 2 years and holding up fine.

At my gym something happened to one of the handles on the cable machine. The management put a replacement handle on the machine, but it has a quite different feel than the original handle. I don't like working with mismatched handles. I bought the Renranring handles to use with the cable machine. They work very well and have a great feel for the low price. Very pleased to use them when I'm on the cable machine.

They are good and rugged but a little short if you're replacing boflex grips. The short lenght lets the hardware contact your arms when using for certain exercises.

Better than the handles that came with my exercise bands and wide enough that the straps do not chaff my hands.

These handles are so comfortable and have no problems when transitioning from lower body to upper body exercises..!! Quality is top-notch..

Handles are comfortable and well priced. Would recommend for using with workout bands.

They're well made and solid. The grips are large, so work best for people with big hands.

I can work out pretty much every muscle in my body with it. The options are limitless. And also so easy to change and control the resistance as you go. I'm very satisfied.

So I thought I’d write this after being able to use the product a few times. So far, these have been a great purchase. I’ve been able to use these to train every body part. I have been using some dumbbells and pull up bars too but I feel that these resistance bands have taking my home workout to the next level. They feel decent quality. You can swap and interchange the handles using the clips that are included makes it easier to swap between stronger resistance exercises such as chest press to an isolated lateral raiser which you’ll need lighter resistance. You can bunch all the bands together to make it harder and with the way they are designed you can quickly unclip bands to work in drop sets into your workouts. All you need is a bit of space and a door. The door anchor that is provided is good quality, better than my previous one. If you are looking at this product a bit on the fence weather to buy it or not I would definitely recommend. I was thinking the same once knowing gyms would be shutting and it was a good shout. If you don’t know what exercises to do there are plenty of videos online that you can find.
