This is the best sauce in the world. Don't let the red label scare you away. It's not too hot! There's a lot of these kinds of sauces at the grocery store but they all have soy beans and , in my opinion, are way too hot. This has a small amout of kick but it's super garlic-ly with a hint of sweetness and A LOT of flavor. I keep a dozen of these on hand because I put it on EVERYTHING. Just Eggs in the morning, plain rice, plain noodles, Chinese take out, avocado toast...it's insanely versatile! A little goes a long way. I am obsessed with this sauce!

I have a friend who eats this out of the jar! Buy some Momofuko noodles; add what sounds good, and top with a 3-minute agg and a dollop of Chili Paste. Yummy.

This product has such amazing flavor with a little kick. Great with noddles or eggs.. must have in my house.

These tiny jars pack a powerful punch. I'm telling you, once you get a taste of this, there's no going back. I often have to stop myself from eating this straight out of the jar just so I have enough for my recipes. It's that addicting.The ingredients are so simple; garlic, sesame oil, chili, sugar, salt, soy sauce, etc. - I've tried dozens of sauces & condiments with similar ingredients. But nothing comes close to this. It must be the way they prepare it. But whatever they do, the result is that perfect melding of savory garlicky goodness, a little bit of sweetness and a touch of heat. And each one of those little morsels of crunchy garlic just explodes with flavor with every bite.Here's what you do: Get a block of tofu, cook it however you like - no seasoning needed - and simply top it with this sauce. Thank me later.(Also, if you are sensitive to spiciness, don't worry. There is a little kick to this sauce but it's manageable even for the most spicy averse individual, in my opinion).

I put this on everything. The flavor is amazing.

My daughter uses this for a pepper salad that I enjoy, but I couldn’t find in my area grocery stores! Thankfully Amazon came through.
