I got this for my nine year old great niece she loves it

This is an excellent book, and I am excited to now own it. I am a little annoyed that it was sent to me with writing in it. It was clearly returned, and no one checked it. I would be less annoyed by this if I had ordered the “gently used“ but I ordered a brand new book and it clearly was not.
