Super quiet, better than my eheim pumps
Super quiet air pump, in my video review I compared it to the eheim 100 which is far less powerful yet way louder? The 100 at full power has this loud buzzing noise despite that power difference. Both have a slight noise at full power but the eheim is more noticable, similar to that of an air compressor for cars. At full power with the bubbles from your airstone, sponge/moving bed filters those would mask any buzzing present although the eheim sticks out there, I am running the eheim 100 in my bedroom and I can hear it across the room! I cannot hear the hygger air pump at all. What is included is also a great value so you get a powerful and quiet pump for around 20USD$ on sale you get the pump with two lines of airline tube, two airstones, and two check valves to stop your setup from getting flooded from a power outage. Eheim on the other hand only gives you the pump and a single air stone. While their air stones are better quality since they have a filter, the price is also like double or triple and the pump is actually louder. From someone who has been using eheim for years I am comfortably sitting on the hygger side now, their pumps are objectively quieter as shown in the video. Great pump at a great price.

Powerful and QUIET!
This is the best pump I’ve ever purchased. Super quiet, I can’t even hear it unless I get my ear right next to it. The bubbles make more noise than the pump. Adjustability is wonderful too. You have a lot more options with this bad boy. I’d like to get another one.

Very QUIET
This is very quiet! Love the dual air outlets and is adjustable air pressure which is a great idea. I had tried another company, and it was loud plus you could not tell the air flow changed when using the dial. Very happy with this product!

Quiet, but can rattle.
Good, but can start a minor rattling. Pros: dual outputs, includes airstones and tubing, quiet, heavy base with suction feet, output dial! Cons: can start to rattle a bit when too low or too high, requires dialing in just the right amount to avoid rattles. Tips: shorten the tubing as much as possible and don't have the pump sitting on a shelf lower than the aquarium. UPDATE: I started a return on this because of the rattling, but it actually stopped, and I'm wondering if there might be a break-in period where it sounds a bit noisy while the diaphragm is getting softer during the first week or so of use. I'm going to see if it continues ok and see if I need to cancel my return or continue to getting it refunded.

It's quiet, puts out a lot of air, a good value!
Pros: - Just like all the other reviews say, this is a quiet air pump. It's not silent but puts out a small hum that's difficult to hear, even if you adjust the output to the max. It is however the quietest air pump I have ever come across. - It puts out a generous amount of air, enough to power sponge filters in my 60g tank and 5g shrimp tank simultaneously. My aquatic pets seem to appreciate the extra airflow and water movement. - It doesn't seem to generate much if any heat. Some other air pumps I've seen have a noticeably warm sensation on their housing, probably from the vibration of the diaphragm inside. This pump says it's magnetic, there's no vibration and you can barely tell it's on. - The build quality seems solid, as of this writing I've had it on for three weeks, 24 hours a day, no issues so far. Cons - It's a little larger than other air pumps but that's a small trade off based on what it does. - A little expensive but you get what you pay for.

Incredibly Quiet and Powerful – Game Changer for My 150G Tank
I honestly didn’t believe the hype until I plugged this in—this air pump is amazingly quiet. After years of dealing with a noisy pump, I can’t believe I waited this long to upgrade. The build quality is solid, and it pushes out an impressive amount of air. I’m running both a 6" air stone and a 24" bubble wall in my 150-gallon tank, and I’m only using half power! The output is more than enough, and the silence is golden. It’s been running consistently and reliably.Highly recommend!

It is the quietest
This really is the quietest air pump I have ever used and I have been through quite a lot looking for an essentially silent air pump. This is it. Makes no noise. It's also very durable. I've been using it for almost 6 months now with no problems.

Disappointed
Update 2: I pulled it a part for a third time. I bought a screw extractor set and I was able to get the stripped screw removed and the diaphragm replaced. I put it all back together and now it is running beautifully and silent. If it had ran this way from the unbox this would be an easy 5 star review. I am $65.00 in on this pump now and it is finally working well after much headache and extra money spent. Update: I received replacement diaphragms that I had to buy, I was able to get one replaced but the screw on the second one almost instantly stripped. I now have a horribly unbalanced single channel air pump that sounds like shaking marbles inside of a cup when it runs at full power. Cool. Still disappointed. I unboxed this after receiving it to get the cardboard recycled asap. I didn't get it installed until a week later. I immediately noticed that one of the ports had 0 air flow and the second was incredibly poor. Unfortunately without the box I doubt I could return it. I took it apart and noticed that both diaphragms were split open. I'm having to buy replacement parts before it's even seen any use. BEWARE that this could happen to you. Keep your box! I have a cheap tetra dual port pump from Walmart that's been running non stop since 2018 and still has amazing output. This has me regretting not getting another one of those. My hygger is now in pieces until I can get replacement parts.

I only gave it 1-star because I cannot give it zero stars. I can not believe the “response” that I had from this supplier when an aquarium air-pump failed with burden-out actuator and vibration-damaged internal wiring after just 5-weeks operation. I will not buy any Hygger product again, but worse than that, the supplier flatly refuses to enter into any reasonable correspondence when I attempted to report a failure. They simply ignore their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where goods are supplied, a legal contract for the sale or supply of goods exists between the trader and the consumer. This means that the trader - not the manufacturer - is responsible for the goods that they supply.

Not a review that can speak to longevity, but I bought this to replace a similar unit that was simply too loud. This pump is very quiet and does its job, pushing air through two large 12" bars. Very satisfied with this product.

Running 6 small tanks with no issues. I placed the pump into the liner that came in the packaging and now the pump is completely quiet. Very happy!

The adjuster is finiky. I have different pumps that are quieter. It is not horrible just not as quiet as it claims.

Excellent aquarium air pump. Lots of pressure which is adjustable. Very quiet.
