Switch has 2way function only after synchronizing it with the; other 2wayswitch. lf not synchronize, only work as 1way. Synchronize only L1 to L1,L2to L2,L3 to L3, cannot L1 to L2,L2 to L3 or L1 to L3.

Red is normally live to switch, black is return to light, you need to connect both of them, earth should connect to metal back box.

Q: It states no neutral needed but the wiring instructions states use neutral wire, do i need a neutral wire?

The neutral wire is shown in the wiring diagram but you will notice that it only connects to the lights, not the switch. Every light socket in your house already has a neutral wire for it to work. This system does not require a neutral wire at the switch.
