I just ordered this item in January, 2024. I’ve ordered and received it before, back in 2022. The tin box is absolutely gorgeous. The design itself is so beautiful, with a vibrant yellow and purple color combo and a real vintage look and feel. The circle and lettering centered on the smooth tin lid is raised so you can actually feel it, and some of the lettering on the sides of the tin base are raised as well. The soap scent and feel are delicious and I wanted to experience it again, like I did in 2022. Part of why I ordered it is because of this design and color combo and just happen to like their lavender as well. I enjoy displaying beautiful packaging from various luxury body products companies, such as this one.So…I ordered the lavender soap in the small yellow and purple tin again. What I instead received was a red and aqua blue tin marked Shea Karité. I contacted the company assuming no one had done anything intentionally wrong and that there was just some mixup. And indeed, that was the case. They said that there had been a mistake on the ad page - they are currently out of the item I was trying to order. They then went above and beyond by giving me a refund and letting me know that I didn’t have to return the item (!!!). I didn’t ask for either of these problem-solving decisions, so I was very impressed with how kind they were to me and how much they cared about making sure the customer was satisfied. This is a way to have a customer for life! And indeed, they do. Since the small tin is currently unavailable I’m going to get the larger one that has both soap and lotion. Too beautiful to pass up! And now that I’ve had my hands on two different products, I’m wanting to try some others now, too. All’s well the ends well, it seems!

I've bought this soap multiple times before. The scent is very nice, smelling like real lavender. The soap also lathers up well.

LIKE THE TIN AND SOAP

This soap is just ok. Not even 10 minutes scent lasting. After 2-3 or 4 bath it’s fragrance will be disappear. And it’s size is also small.

I liked everything about everything.What’s not to like about lavender scented soap? Each one wrapped and placed into its own tin.No cross contamination here!
