All in French
If you can read French you're ok but if not don't bother unless you'll get it translated. We expected it to have an instruction sheet in English given its sold in the UK but it doesn't. We tried to translate it as I do know some French and we used Internet translation but its too time consuming and in the end they went in the bin as we weren't confident given its oral medication.

Really good.
Small white tasteless tablets which I know work.I've had these before, ages ago whilst in France.Today and many years on, I've been suffering with a chest infection and had steroids, antibiotics and I'm on a repeat...... In conjunction with the antibiotics I'm taking these too.The first day, taken two, ill carry on.Basically reading the study of these, they work alongside and on own with medication.They also work on their own for coughs but they really do help with the breakdown of mucas.If you Google the meds you will find english instructions and a full medical report on them.I've had these before and was happy I could buy them.They work too!!!!!!

Instructions are in French but English translation by Dr Google says 1 to.2 tablets a day and not to exceed 8 to 10 days of use without medical advice. Ive used ambroxol before and its cleared the cobwebs out of my lungs no bother

Reduced my ticly cough
It does work amazingly to ease tickly cough . Some medication can cause a tickly long lasting cough it is written. Well thanks this does help to diminish that side effects

They work well
They work very well and dose do what it says in the description my breathing is alot better with using them and it dose relief mucous of your chest and is good for the price .

Item does relieve dry cough and sore throat
First time I have ever tried this item and I am currently happy with the effect it has made. I would be prepared to recommend to friends or family.

Box of 30 tablets has no instructions in English!
I have no doubts that this medication is effective but was concerned to find that the small box of 30 tablets had no instructions in English.
