We have used this product for years and as long as you follow the dosage directions, it will work fine, and it will not kill fish. I like that it is concentrated and one quart bottle lasts a long time in our 700 Gallon pond.

Doesn’t work as described
I’ve used this item for a month according to the directions on the bottle and there’s been no improvement in the water quality. This is a newly constructed pond that started with fresh water two months ago and the algae growth is everywhere and now the fish aren’t even visible.
