Awesome Little Drone for Kids and Beginners!
I got this drone as a gift for my nephew, and he absolutely loves it! It’s super easy to use, even for beginners. The one-key start and altitude hold make flying smooth, and the controls are very responsive. The camera quality is surprisingly good for a mini drone, and the gesture selfie feature is a fun touch!I also appreciate that it comes with two batteries, so the fun doesn’t have to stop too soon. The 3D flips are a huge hit, and the voice control feature adds an extra layer of excitement. Overall, this is a fantastic little drone that’s perfect for kids and even adults who just want a fun flying experience. Highly recommend!

Great for Beginners and Pros Alike
The DeeRC D20 packs a big punch in a small package. At under $50, it's a great way to get started in the wonder world of drones. You can learn the basics, as well as more advanced features usually only found on the bigger, more expensive models. The customer support is second to none! They are very responsive and can almost always resolve any issues you might have.

Nice drone
OverviewThe D20 is a very nice drone, and for its price, it is very good. The functions on the phone app were not the best, and flying the drone using the phone was not as fun as I would’ve expected. The first person view (FPV) camera is okay but it was quite laggy. The drone is very nice and very stable, barely drifting at all. Overall it’s a nice drone; I would rate this 8/10 stars. The DroneThis drone is fun to fly and is easy to operate. I have flown it a couple weeks, both indoors and outdoors, and enjoy it. The camera resolution is as expected for this price range; it would be nice to see that improve. The design seems a bit bland and it could use some enhancement - like having different color options. The drone is very responsive and easy to control. I would rate this one 9/10.ControllerThe controller has a nice feel to it and is labeled very clearly. I like the unfolding design, but the looks are plain and could be improved. The movement is very clean just like the HS100G, and is very responsive. I didn’t like how you have to hold some buttons down for two seconds in order to do certain functions. For example, in order to do a flip, you have to hold down a button for two seconds. Instead, there should be additional buttons so that all functions are readily available, and happen immediately. I was somewhat disappointed with the phone app. I found it quite laggy, and didn’t work as well as I would’ve hoped. I would rate the remote 6/10 stars.Packing and AccessoriesI like how Holy Stone doesn’t cut corners. They always provide extra parts, even including a nice mini-screwdriver to help if you need to make some repairs or replace a damaged part. It was great that two batteries were supplied, and I found that the batteries lasted pretty well, each lasting about 10 minutes. The manual is very clear and includes lots of details, like how to fly the drone. The box was packed very well and was nice and tidy. Also, I like the reusable box too. I was thinking maybe a handle should be added to it. Overall, this part is 5/5 Stars.

Impressive sub-$50 drone!
This is one of the best sub-$50 drones I've ever flown, and I've tried well over 20 of them. This is hands down the best one, even the video quality is better than all the others. Don't expect perfect pictures and video, and you have to manually adjust the camera up/down angle on your own, but for what it costs, it's pretty good. It's incredibly fun to fly and is rather stable, especially compared to other drones in this price range. The way you adjust trim and how long it takes to reflect your changes is a bit long, but the stability is still much better than all the other drones I've flown. Battery life is pretty decent but could have been a tad bit better but I appreciate that it includes two batteries. That said, it's battery life is still better than the other cheap drones.

It's worth the $45 as a learning tool or backyard toy.
Pro:easy to useFairly robust for what it is. My 4 year old and I crashed ours a lot into the house, trees, fences etc, Like over and over again for a week, and only broke one propeller.PriceGreat fun if you can use it inside its limitations.Pretty easy to use controller that even my 4 year old was able to use on his own.The look on my sons face when he gets it to do a flip or roll is just awesome.Con:You get what you pay for, and this is 1/8 the price of a entry level DJI. Read that again and let it sink in.The plastic molding doesn't line up well and ours had to get snapped back together a lot. Just one spot by the battery but it would separate and cause issues with the drone until we snapped it back together. The battery and battery tray don't line up properly so getting them to go in was always a forceful push rather than sliding it in and snapping in place. The camera is terrible. like lets go back to the first flip phones with a camera terrible. Our camera wasn't even centered in the camera housing. Its like they just dropped it in and glued it in place. Theres no cover over the lens or anything. The app controls and video are so laggy its just a waste of time and battery life to use it. I was using it on a Pixel 6 Pro.Battery life of each battery is maybe 11 minutes on low power and maybe 3-5 minutes on high power.NO wind resistance. ZERO. Keep this thing below your fence line or it will fly away with the breeze. Ours has been blown all over the neighborhood and finally got swept away to somewhere that we can't find it.Conclusion:Overall I think the drone is oversold as something better quality than it is. Look, its a toy drone that holds its own in that right but its not by any means any competition for a DJI, Autel, etc. Don't buy it for the camera or if you don't have a nearly wind-free place to fly it. If you want to play inside I think there are other ones that have the 360 degree prop protectors built in and have the fun lights and stuff that might be better to look at. It's an awesome tool to learn drone controls and crash something you won't feel bad about destroying. Would I buy it again? Probably. Either this one, the DEERC D23 or the Ryze Tello.
