No Pari Trek are hollow, these are solid

Will it fit a vios nebulizer?

No, these are actual air sponges for standard nebulizers and other devices. The Pari Vios does not use a simple sponge as a filter. For proper filtration you should use the hard substance filters designed for that device. Originally, I did buy these to see if they might work, but they are not correct for the Vios.

Are the filters compatible with the sprieks digital smart machine

Please refer to the size of this replacement air filter sponge, it is approx. 1.5 cm/ 0.59 inches in diameter and about 0.9 cm/ 0.35 inches in height.
