I needed to perfect my macarons and this kit was exactly what I needed. The quality of the mats and bags are perfect; nice and thick. The mats are durable and macarons bakes perfectly. That bags are thick and stretchy and keeps their form. Bags and mats clean up easily and I completely love the slap bracelet-like gizmo for easy storage.

Perfect mats with perfect piping bags. Easy to clean and my macaroons came out perfect as well. First time making macaroons, and there are more to come. I would definitely recommend.

If you look closely you can see lengthwise its a bit longer than the pan and the grey border on both sides end up on the wall of the pan so it doesn’t quite lay flat but if you press it in the pan it works ok The mats themselves seem really sturdy and good quality and the accessories I was pleasantly surprised worked really well these types of bags do not work well with thicker icing or soft dough that can be piped because the bags are too elastic but frosting and such it works great with I found the bags ties aren't that helpful on the bags but if you roll your mats you can use these to keep them rolled along with the mat clip

This was my first go at macarons and using a piping bag. The piping bags are great and really reusable. Tip- put the bag into a pint glass and fold the top over the sides, then pour your batter in. Holds it like a charm, and the little rubber bands are solid. The mats are great - they are a good size. The little circles on them do make a big macaron, so I would probably use one circle in as a goal size (it will make sense when you look at it). But good even baking. Once I figured out the batter for the macarons, I got beautiful feet and smooth cookies! My wife has already stolen the mats for her baking, too!

Bought this for making macroons. I used the non stick sheet to make my Christmas exchange cookies. My daughter used it all to make the most delicious Lavender honey macroons!! A must buy for bakers!
