When you put on this neck wrap after heating, truly does feel like your worries go away. A sigh of relief. This neck wrap is a must have if you value relaxation and self-care. The smell is similar to sleepy time tea which I really like!

I got this for my husband who has MS and gets miserably cold in the winter months. I used it 3 times to warm the sheets before he got into bed. After the 3rd use I found it had come apart at the seam and rice had spilled out all over the table. Very disappointed. Such poor quality. Thought about sewing it but was so frustrated that I just trashed it. Will not buy this product again. I recently had a bag that I had to replace after years of use. Cheaper and better quality to make my own.

This is s must have! Extreme superior quality, stays hot or warm for about 45 minutes. It's the perfect size for my 8 year old or me. Anyone can use it. Great for knees and lower back too. In the winter I heated it up and brought with me to my car while it warmed me up :)

I've tried all kinds of shoulder wraps and this seems to be the best...I like how the beads cover all of the neck and shoulder area and I just love the smell and it does retain the heat...instant relief

I love everything about this wrap. It smells herbal, heats quickly in the microwave and is soothing to my aching muscles. I definitely recommend it.

I truly enjoy this wrap but the aroma didn't last long. I loved the lavender aroma especially but after a few uses it dissipated and, while the wrap still feels good, the aroma is just about gone completely. You are still able to heat it and use it otherwise. But I miss the aroma, a lot. Its likely that there are no wraps out there that retain the aroma. Otherwise the wrap works fine. It cools down quickly so you have to keep reheating it but it does feel good, especially on cold nights.

Only used 3 times and it leaks rice everywhere. This is the 6th one I’ve had. They all break open

I like the size and the shape and the fit of this pad. I’ve tried it with microwave heat, and with freezer cold and both work very well. It stays on my neck and does not slide off like some other ones I have had. I would recommend this product
