Love love LOVE this product! It does not help with pain relief, but it does help with anxiety and sleep. The pills are somewhat large, but nothing out of the ordinary. The taste is not noticeable, nor is the smell. Ingredients are as listed on the package and they work well.

I couldn't open the last bottle I bought. I threw it away.

I take 3 or 4 and alternate with passion flower and lemon balm because I was advised not to take the same thing every night. I do take ashwaganda every night though. Gets me through the 3am wakeup when the alcolol wears off. i will even take another one if I do wake up, even up until an hour and a half before the alarm goes off. I wake up feeling a lot more rested and a cup of strong tea helps snap me out of lingering drowsiness. I'm much less anxious during the day too.

This batch was not as potent and it does not have the odor that it should. My first batch dif. I liked it so much that I purchased for two friends and suggested it to others. I will be returning this one and canceling my subscription. Bummer

The best and most effective valerian supplement I’ve found. Yes it smells like valerian, valerian isn’t supposed to smell great. That’s how you know it isn’t diluted with a bunch of fillers. Other brands I’ve tried are mostly rice husks and fillers, this stuff is great and a good deal for the quality. 10/10 would recommend. I noticed an improvement in sleep and relaxation already. Also a general mood enhancement. If you’re looking for a quality valerian root supplement, this is it.

Caveat, Valerian Root does not have a lovely scent or flavor. Chuck it in your mouth & get it swallowed. Once you learn how well it works, you won't care! Still, don't linger with it in your mouth! Also, SUPER IMPRESSED how small the capsule is & what a punch it packs!Valerian Root is part of my sleep regimen. I've tried several brands. For many years I used basic, super inexpensive ones. I have severe PTSD & always had trouble with nightmares. I did not realize Valerian Root could contribute to that. Until 2020 being 2020 took me to a new level of nightmares. I increased my valerian dosage with extremely bad results. Then eventually learned something I should have known long ago about a product I've ingested for years. Decreased my dosage & adjusted a couple other meds. I realized it was time to search for a brand of higher caliber. I was slightly nervous, slightly skeptical about the mg vs the less is more. However I was already getting good results on that for another herbal & decided to give this a try. I honestly wasn't sure at first. But within about 2 weeks I realized I was definitely getting much improved, less interrupted rest. Toniq's 4:1 concentrated extract is outstanding! It's pure unadulterated goodness! I literally NEVER remember to keep track of a coupon & I have been excited, looking forward to getting another bottle gratis on my disability income ever since I was about 15 capsules in. It was a bottle of 120 so I feel very confident saying it is a valuable asset to my optimum rest and I am absolutely delighted to have found this company! I'm extremely impressed with Toniq, their quality, effectiveness as well as wonderful customer service treat to receive another bottle for a review. While I am thrilled to be able to cross that off my expense list this month, I would have given the same review regardless! Thank you, Toniq for being everything I needed for this product!

This valerian is superior to others, and I like the dark bottle. But the price keeps going up and up and that does not make me happy. I paid $14.97 in June of 2023. I am now paying over $18. It is up every time I order it. Bring the cost down please, inflation is hurting us, please do not take advantage of your customers!!Many other prices have come down, is there a problem here, is there a reason why this product keeps escalating in the wrong direction. I will quit buying it if it does not go down. Thank you.
