I got the pro version for evaluation. The "Pro" unit would not connect to the app. I stopped the review early due to the issues surrounding using these units. They are low cost, but they do not offer suitable value even if they were free. I have a really nice spotting scope and when viewed with the human eye I get a great image, the image on my phone from this thing was a bad joke. The app is a whole nother story, the name they tell you to look for in the manual has nothing to do with the actual app. The app they send you looking for does not exist. Product says the company is SME, for "Shooting Made Easy", the Amazon listing says HME, maybe that stands for "Huge Mistake Everyone"? Don't waste your time and money, this product is a big miss for the company.

The app for this will not load or run on current Android devices. I had to dig out a 5 year old tablet to download it. After downloading the app the wifi connection lags then shuts down. GSM did not respond to customer service email for when the firmware may be updated. Could have been an excellent product but is a total waste of time.

Excellent product!! Easy to use, fit perfectly on my Zeiss Diascope 85. Connected to my iPad instantly. Manual was written by a 5th grader who didn't want to do his/her home work. One point above useless.

The viewing screen on the unit is really not much good.... but the image quality to a smart phone via WiFi (if you have a high-quality scope ) I thought was astounding for the money. I have a vortex razor 20-60 x 85 Downloading the app was easy and Works even without cell service I can see rifle holes in paper at 400 yards and since I can record video I’m able to easily spot hits and misses with a gong target by myself. The viewing screen is really only good for helping find your target Not for any kind of detail.

The Google App Store says it is not supported on my Samsung S10+. It's a couple years old, but cannot see any reason why not since this is the first app I've seen that isn't available for my phone. Luckily, my wife was able to get the app on her iPhone. The image quality is not that great, but acceptable. It says you can change the SSID and password for the wifi, but all it does is pick a new random number for the SSID and you cannot change the password. Overall, for around $150 it's really not that great. It works, but somewhat disappointed.

Terrible! The app mentioned in the manual is no longer available. I called GSM support and they told me to use the "Bullseye" app, so that's what I tried to use. It did not work. I called support back and told them of the issues I was having and they had no idea what to do. I went back and forth with them for a day then I got no messages back for over a week. I'm not going to be dealing with them and am returning the product. In theory, the product would be great, but it has to work. Unfortunately, they discontinued the app that used to work and the support team is outsourced and terrible to deal with. I would not suggest anyone do business based on my experience with GSM.

This thing is great easy to set up and see on your phones love this I have had the other kind that just holds your phone with this you can set your spotting scope up and set your phone or tablet on your bench and don’t have to move to see down range try it you won’t be disappointed
