Bought this as I'd seen lots of these things and it looked really tough to use and I wanted something as a quick workout in the house. This really is a good workout! Spring loaded so it gives you a bit of assistance back up but to be honest I don't feel this helps at all, however, the wheel DOES stop rather than just going on and on which means you can push your weight into it without collapsing to the ground.

I'm not overly tall at 6' 1" however I find a real issue with the spring in this roller. As it hits its limit before I've extend my roll the whole way. This become annoying as need to modify or shorten the roll out to allow for the rollers limitations.Just something to note for the taller amongst you.

I think this is incredible value for money.Some of the reviews mention that they dont like the spring in it. Maybe im using it wrong because the spring, although i can feel it doesnt affect my use whatsoever.The knee pads are great too. Brilliant value for money. Very happy

I got one of these! for ten quid this is a good buy. very sturdy, and heavy. I'm not sold on the return spring action however. Maybe it's a good thing for beginners but being a bit "hardcore" I prefer an unassisted wheel myself. but if you new to ab rollers give this a try. It's very nicely constructed, I'm wondering how easy it might be to remove the spring
