Che dire: ho acquistato anche il primo testo di Touliatos e -imho- non solo non hanno precedenti ( soprattutto “The bad, the good and the ugly”) ma dovrebbero essere nella libreria di ogni sportivo( bbuilfers e weight/power lifters in testa)Super consigliati

Doc George is one of the most authentic true doctor when is a matter to talk openly about ped’s, he experienced the whole situation being a winner in competition and also seining when he does is profession, definitely this book helped me to gain more knowledge and using this knowledge with my customers and also my self! Great book about Suplementation And Training
I am a fan of DR Touliatos work and this book doesn't dissapoint.It's very thorough and covers and explains. all supplements needed by people who train.Also it explains in detail the science behind training and how to maximize results.Would recommend to anyone looking to know more about supplementation and training.
