Sellstrom Dual Crown Safety Face Shield with Universal Hard Hat Slot Adapter (Hard Hat Not Included), Clear Tint, Uncoated, Clear, S38510

I cut plywood throughout the day on my job and the wood sprays at my face. I Got this face shield And a cheap hard hat for it to go on to wear when I’m cutting. I can’t say how it would be wearing it all day, but for the times I do use it it’s great. It fits perfectly into the slots on a regular hard hat and keeps all the wood shavings away.

Screw broke off first time touching

Shield works great but I wish it would stay up when pulled away. There’s no way to take a breather without taking off the whole hard hat

The shield itself is of solid quality and serves the purpose, however the screws used to mount the unit are made of cheap plastic and both sides were easily cross-threaded. I eventually used zip ties and the shield is mounted to my hard hat. I am unable to utilize the up and down motion of the shield as it is locked in place with the zip ties. If the components were of higher quality, the rating would increase.

Face shield arrived today... it had already been USED! Shield is scratched and cracked & has someone's name written inside! Would give 0 stars if that was an option!

Product broke on first day of install into hard hats of two of our three units. Had to return

The helmet did not come with the shield. It is very difficult to see through this whatsoever. This is not a product to purchase
