I don't know why ceramic knives are hard for me to find, but BOY do I love them. I had a similar set that I've had for about 3 years and finally was time to get some extra sizes. I love that this comes with 4 different sizes as I feel like I have the perfect knife for everything now! Anything from cutting bread to cutting cherry tomatoes, this works like a CHARM. So far the beige has held up great (about a month of use) and I'm very impressed. I DO NOT put these in the dishwasher and I do not use them to open boxes/etc. as they are less durable than your regular stainless steal knives. But you will have the sharpest cut without having to do the work to keep them that way. The scissors are also a plus. Although not ceramic have seemed to work well and seem like good value for the money!

These knives are so awesome! Not only razor sharp but very stylish. My Husband and I love them. The knife block that came with this set is fantastic. It doesn't take up a lot of space due to its slim design. We highly recommend.

Great knife set! To avoid the inevitable tip breaking off in your food, they round the tips to prevent that from happening. Great idea. The edges are beautifully sharp. Will purchase again then I need more.

I love the sleek look of the holder, some much more esthetically pleasing than the old butcher block design. As for the knives themself, they are light weight and also quite sleek. I've owned ceramic knives before and they do have a shelf life. After some time the edges and tips can chip. Time will tell with these.

She loved them! Was weirded out by some of the tips looking as though they were broken off then oddly reshaped. Other than that they are awesome. Sharp knives that work really well but look kind of strange.

Knives are exactly as pictured and described. Love that they come with sheaths to protect them when in the drawer Have only used 2 so far but the cut and slice cleanly.

I LOVE using these ceramic knives. They feel good in your hand and seem to stay sharper longer than regular metal knives. I like the fact that if you cut fruit and veggies with a ceramic knife, the item does not turn brown like when using metal knives. Unfortunately my husband is the cook in the family and sometimes likes to use knives as tools. He seems to constantly break the tips off because of this. This set is a great value but as a general warning with all ceramic knives, they are used for cutting and chopping and NOT prying frozen pieces of meat apart, or puncturing the top of metal cans etc. 😊

Have had the knife set for about a month. Here is a list of how the knife’s were being used when they broke: - broke while cutting kids birthday cake -broke while cutting a stick of room temp butter, this is almost an engineering accomplishment of a knife mfg. strong enough to take on the shape and feel of a knife, but won’t cut butter. Amazing job team -broke curing a cold cut deli sandwich. The thin pieces of smoked turkey meat were just too much for this delicate knife like product to handle. I think it may have been the bread that acted as an impenetrable armor. - broke cutting a head of lettuce. - this leaves only one ceramic knife left. It would be the chef knife and though it has not broken or more accurately separated from the handle the knife began showing signs of chips after only being used on vegetables on a plastic cutting sheet. Have had some really good ceramic knife’s in past. These are more like the opposite of good. I sent note to mfg and they have not responded. I would only recommend this product if you are treating as a one time disposable.

No son lo máximo pero bastante bueno para el precio. Cómo todo cuchillo de cerámica deben cuidarse de caídas o “machetazos”

2017 gekauft sind diese Messer nach über 2 Jahren noch immer ständig im Einsatz. Sie sind super scharf und der Kartoffelschäler ist der beste, den ich je hatte.

Los compré porque leí que ayudan a que los alimentos no se oxiden tan rápido y comprobé que es verdad. No obstante, hay que cuidarlos mucho para que no se despostillen.
