Wow
After a stroke 10 years ago I struggle to sleep then hit the menopause and barely functioned but this works amazingly well, I will always wake during the night now but this helps me get back off so much quicker, increased the amount of deep sleep I am getting and took away my night sweats keeping me tossing and turning or wandering about. Instead of waking every half hour I’m now getting 2 hours between waking up and able to turn over (no wandering) and get back off again. Forgot what it was like to stay asleep until 7am. Recommended to several friends who have all seen the benefits. Best Buy ever. I’m a total convert thank you sooo much 🥰

Worth a shot!
I’m enjoying using this as part of my bedtime routine. I suffer from insomnia and have done for many years. I use myriad measures to help promote healthy sleep patterns including; lavender oil under pillow, silk pillow case, weighted blanket, yoga pre bed, magnesium tablets and now this magnesium butter. It’s not a miracle cure but it’s a lovely cream, that soaks in gently whilst you relax and try to sleep. At worst you’ll end up with lovely moisturised feet and calves. It’s not a heavily scented product, quite neural. A little goes a long way, so good value. Definitely worth a shot if you struggle with sleep and/or restless legs. Rub a grape sized amount into each leg (including the foot) and relax with a good audiobook- there are definitely worse ways to end your day.

This really works!
I bought this after seeing something similar on Instagram, I have darn restless legs that plague my sleep. To be honest, when you have RLS you’ll try anything that promises to work. I really didn’t think this would, I’ve used it now around 8 times, and each time it’s cleared my restless legs, I’m so so thankful that this really does make a huge difference.

Greasy, horrible and useless don’t waste your money
Ordered this with high hopes to combat my poor sleep quality. Upon opening the tub I noticed it seemed a bit greasy. On application it’s very greasy and gritty and doesn’t sink it despite massaging it in for over 5 mins on each leg/foot.it remained greasy and sticky’s like gritty Vaseline . It felt even worse when I put my legs under the covers, nevertheless I decided to persevere. I’ve measured my sleep quality via a sleep tracker on each night I’ve used it. It simply doesn’t work! My sleep quality hasn’t got above 50% sleep quality at any point during its use. If anything my sleep quality is worse than when I wasn’t using it. I’ve given up with it now and am chucking it in the bin.

Brilliant for menopausal women
I’d just discovered that restless legs, tossing & turning all night long and thoughts racing through your mind are menopausal symptoms. Been waking up for months totally exhausted. Tried this last night and wow, slept right through & woke feeling great. Even slept through my hubby’s snoring 😝. I’ve been taking a magnesium pill for years due to leg cramps but this seems to have an immediate effect. (Ps tonic water best for leg cramps)

Didn’t work for me !!
After reading all the great reviews I was delighted to hear about something that would help with sleep and night sweats , unfortunately this product hasn’t worked for me at all , it’s just a glorified expensive foot cream in my eyes , hasnt helped with my sleep wotsoever , on the plus side I do have nice soft feet , but that’s about it , I’m very very disappointed that it hasn’t done what is said on the tin ! One very tired , dissatisfied customer sorry to say !

Not worth it
I was very hopeful at all the praises and I usually don’t rush to give negative opinions. But this product is too expensive and it deserves the truth. IT DOES NOTHING!

Miracle cream!
Love this product and it’s made a huge difference for me at nights. No more restless leg syndrome since using this. Need to get another pot very soon
