Cheap set average quality
Majority of sockets are 1/4 drive, comes with 3/8 to 1/4 adapter. Quality isn’t the worst, suitable for small diy/hobby work.

Does the job but detaching the sockets from the handles can be tricky and the case is cheap. It does the job though and the sizing is accurate.
