I have tried a variety of insoles from different manufacturers but this one came highly recommended by a US veteran. After some investigation I decided to make the purchase. My original pair which I still own and use daily for work was purchased in 2019. I work as an engineering assistant and the job has me running back and forth from one end of the plant to the other. I average about 4 miles daily just walking around the plant and these insoles leave my feet feeling fine after each work day (no more aches at the end of the work day). I used my old ones up until this purchase but they have not been completely retired, they have just moved from my work shoes to my ruck boots and I use those boots whenever I'm not at work so they will still see plenty of use. I hope this company doesn't compromise their quality ever. I would gladly pay a kings ransom for insoles that let you keep walking at the end of the day over cheap ones that will force you to stop and rest your feet.

These are great insoles! I swers by them. I wear them daily in my work boots. High quality insoled that can be heat mokded or wear to break in. I always just wear them for break in and have never had an issue. Highly recommend

wish it was more cushioned in general.This is the thick variant and it still seemed thin. Other than that it was perfect

They tell you to get used to them slowly... but that doesn't help... these insoles do not help with any foot pain... they just move the pain to a different spot on your foot with what they call a met pad, large hard bump pressing into the middle of you foot with each stap... terrible product, atleast in my experience

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Metatarsal pad is as advertised. Unfortunately the area of the insole at the ball of my foot and toes is too thin and firm. Hard as a rock! I have pain where the ball of my foot meets the toes. I woke up without foot pain but after two days of wearing these, I had more pain than I had before. I need more cushion. Not as advertised and very disappointed. An insole is not supposed to cause more pain and I may have to cancel a golf round tomorrow because of the pain. I can return the item but won't get back any money I lose from golf or work for too much foot pain.Thickness:Too thin in all areas except metatarsal pad and heel. Toes are firm.Cushioning:No cushioning. Too hard.Arch support:Mid arch support. Too much for my flatter feet.

Before this sole, my shoes were both a little too large for my feet and a little uncomfortable to walk a long distance in. The arch and support that this sole provide helped relief stress from my feet, and because this sole adds about half a size for the shoe, it also now made my shoes a perfect fit as well.

I use these for patrolling 8-12 miles a day in heavy boots. At first they were uncomfortable despite heating and fitting. After a week, the met pads demonstrated their worth. I used to get those swollen nerves that feel like a marble in between your toes. Not so anymore. This is definitely a worthwhile product for arch support, cushioning, and keeping your metatarsals happy!
