I have been on a gluten-free diet for about 5 years, and have tried many gluten-free flours. As many of you know, gluten-free flours have their trick. I have found that when dealing with these type of flours it is best to stick to the suggested recipe at the beginning, and make an effort to not get too creative with it until you have cooked it enough to make twists on the recipes recommended by the brand. This breadfruit flour is not exception based on my experience, but this is by far the easiest to cook with. I have bought it repeatedly and will continue to buy it. It is an excellent product, it tastes delicious, PLUS, it is very nutritious. When my little cousins come to visit, they always ask me to make the "special" cake (Hint: made with Amasar Glutten-free GUILT-FREE Breadfruit Flour). I definitely recommend this product!

I was very excited about this product. Paying $20 for flour, trust me, I was. But breadfruit does not make good flour. Is ok for pancakes. Everything else, you get a particular after taste. Never use for pizza dough, is the worst. Not worth paying such amount.

Great Flour Mix ! I made a chowder soup with the flour and it was delicious. I also use it as a thickener for my gravy. I truly think this is a perfect new alternative for those longing for a GlutenFree flour with a new amazing taste !
