Bought this for my mum , she suffers badly with cramp, since taking these cramp tablets ,she tells me she had very little pain , so yes seems like there worth every penny

This is amazing and works!!! My poor father in law has been giving lots of things to try from the doctors yet nothing worked. He would be up most of the night waking up in terrible pain. The size of the capsule is rather large and not easy to swallow

These tablets work well hardly ever have leg cramps while taking them

Ok but not as good as magnesium on its own still got cramp in my calves

I suffer a great deal with leg cramps these tablets work brilliantly so happy with them

It doesn't work.
