Big Chief Primary Learn to Write Tablet, Write Right, 9 X 12 Inch, 50 Sheets

My grandson asked for a drawing tablet for his college graduation gift. So we got him a huge pencil along with the Chief tablet and put it in a box covered in peanuts. The real tablet was buried under it all. We got a grin out of him. Best kid ever!

I use this for my daughter to help her handwriting. She's in first grade. She references the front page with the letters often because she has trouble remembering which way her P's, B's and D's go, and she sometimes has trouble writing out certain letters. It works great for us!

I can't find these anywhere locally and can't believe they're still being made EXACTLY as I remember them 30 years ago when I was in elementary school. Newspaper type paper that takes a Ticonderoga pencil quite well and this pad has the aid of the dotted lines to help teach good penmanship, in case that matters to you which it must if you're looking for an old-school teaching tool. I use these for Personal Messages to my Dear Loved Ones. They KNOW I am a Little Eccentric but as an OLD MAN...WHO CARES !!

I liked it and my niece loved it. She is in the process of learning how to write and this was a bit different than the tools they have at her school. She liked it because it helped her distinguish between capital and small letters.

I used these when I was in 1st grade, and decided to buy a few for my little ones help them to write properly which school do not teach anymore.
