Designed with more than a touch of class, the Kershaw Highball small pocketknife is both clean and capable. The blade provides excellent cutting power, corrosion resistance, and edge retention using extra hard, razor sharp D2 high carbon tool steel. It's finished in a two-tone style using machine stain on the grinds and gray PVD on a recessed groove in the blade upper. This fully manual knife can be opened one-handed by using the recessed groove in the blade upper like you would a thumb stud. The steel handle is contoured for a comfortable grip. A pop of blue comes from the custom trim ring that surrounds the pivot to add some flare.

Quality/Inventory Issues on some front.
So this is a two pronged review here. Basically one of the knife and one of my experience receiving it.Knife:-Solid materials overall-A Bit pricey ~$40 for D2-Clip too tight and not deep carry-Action is a little stiff but flickable if you got dextrous fingers-Blade Shape/design slicey and visually attractive-Coating Is weak, must come off easily(more on this later)-Centering is fine-Needs some oil for the pivot as it's not as smooth as needed, but works fine out of the boxExperience with my knife in particular:-Had to exchange first order, was sent I believe a Kershaw Clash in a Highball box(so a swap or bait and switch at some level, ordered from and shipped by amazon so likely a customers doing)-Exchanged, current knife has a stripped clip screw and several missing coating spots, seems to be where the pocket clip would make contact and also on the spine of the blade.(clearly used or bad QC)In Short:Good knife, okayish price, bad clip, bad QC/Inventory management. If I could manage to get a version with no issues I would love this knife.

Great knife. If your looking for a pocket knife and have thought about this knife, look no further this is it. I reluctantly bought it after looking at so many different knives, I couldn't be happier with this knife, looks good and is very sharp.

Great Knife, Ordered 2, got 1
This is a great Knife!! i was so sure i would like it i ordered 2. They sent me one Highball and one different model that was not wanted.

TERRIBLE CHEAP QUALITY
Absolute terrible cheap quality. Pivot screw was way too tight and stripped immediately. After a few openings the lock bar started to stick until I could no longer close or open without a struggle. And the detent was so light I couldn’t trust it would just open in my pocket or if dropped.

Alot smaller than anticipated
I love this knife however irs small infact I'm pretty sure it's no larger than my victronix so if your looking for a small pocket knife this would make a good one

Broke within a month
Bought this for my dad for Christmas and after a few weeks, it won't lock in place while open. Very dangerous to use. I expected more from Kershaw. I'll stick to Gerber since I never have issues with them locking.
