Perfect. Does exactly what I need it to do. Allows you to stream big apps like YTTV and Netflix on to another screen while other cheaper knock offs do not. I got a $15-20 one and did not work with certain apps. The official Apple one definitely does. Recommend spending g the extra $30

The quality of the image when it does work 20seconds is bad my 2000 crt had better image quality. Not only that it makes you download an app then made the image quality worse somehow (a way to take data from phone I bet). I tried it out 4 days after the return period, I gave it the benefit of the doubt (won’t happen again) lost out on some money going straight to the trash. Should have just bought apples (sometimes cheaper products work as intended and you save money this time I didn’t work out) again do not buy this it’s bad.

I discontinued my cable service quite a while ago and was watching programs on my iPad. This connector, combined with an HDMI cord for my TV, brought watching programs back to my TV. I particularly like this adapter because I am able to charge my iPad while watching a program on my TV thus not losing the iPad charge in the middle of a program! Just make sure all the connections are the correct ones for your needs!

Used to connect IPad onto LG tv with no airplay capability. Easy to setup, basically a plug & play. After a few days something displayed in TV directing user to log into something. Unable to bypass and product became unusable. By the way, TV was not connected to internet.

1/24: I tried to plug device into my iphone, the cable just fell out of the phone. My phone has a protective cover, which prevented the apple cable to seat properly. The fix that worked for me was to trim the cable top edge and scrape about 1/16 " off of the white rubber edge.3/24: changed my rating from 4 to 1. After using the device for 2 months, it stopped working. After plugging device into my Iphone, it displayed an error message saying the device " ... requires too much power" . UNABLE TO RETURN WTF! I had the device next to bathtub TV, maybe the moisture/steam made it break.

I bought because I didn’t have Netflix on anything but my phone and it works perfect
