I have had an ileostomy for 39 years and I wouldnt know what to do without Devrom, It removes at least 95 % of odor. People who say it does,nt work might not be using it correctly, timing is everything, it needs to be taken Immediately with or at the end of a meal as I do. If you wait thirty minutes it's too late as Devrom won't work. I always take two.

This is the best kept secret in the world! This is perfect for bari patients or anyone who struggles with......you know.....God-awful gas. I mean, if it can work wonders on "bari b*tt," it will work on ANYONE. Trust me. You need Devrom in your life! Your friends and family will thank you!

Can’t decide if I love them or hate them. They seem to work most of the time..but not everytime. They always leave a gross yellowish coating on the tongue and they can definitely cause constipation. So while they do help they can also make the very problem you’re trying to fix much worse. Overall I’d say give them a try and see how your body responds. I’ll use them but not unless I really have to.

Almost 7 years ago, my surgeon recommended this product to me after I had extremely bad-smelling gas, all the time it seemed. This is the best over-the-counter product to stop bad gas in its tracks.

Wow! As a diaper wearer, I would love to not feel self conscious about doing a number two while I'm out and about. I saw some people excessively recommend this product, so I had to try it. To my surprise, this almost completely hides the smell. I combine it with clearlax, and it helps me to easily go shortly after I eat, but keeping everyone around me at peace because it doesn't smell. It also allows me to stay in my diaper longer so it gets its full use. (Diapers aren't cheap) I know your thinking diaper rash, but I rarely get one, but also know everyone's skin reacts differently. The clearlax helps me keep my weight under control, but while I'm diapered, the combination of the two is a game changer!
