I have used my syrup pumps for around 6 months, they are all leaking when I use them, even when holding the bottle straight up and down. Suggestions?

Where are they leaking from? Are the pumps cracked somewhere? Make sure everything is screwed together tightly and the pump is on the bottle tightly as well. Also make sure you are making complete pumps, all the way down and the pump comes back up. You may want to clean them by pumping hot water through them a few times. I've had mine for over 6 months with no problems. Good luck.

Is this INTENDED to be a six pack of pumps or is it just wildly misrepresented? Description says six, purchasing customers say only one comes.

Amazon gets their product from the manufacturer, labeled by the manufacturer, and move it because the manufacturer can't, and they're just doing their job. They can't guarantee and will never guarantee the item is described as the seller intended. If you are one of the people getting all six, good for you. If you are getting one, Amazon will "make it right" with refunds/returns in triple A+ fashion and dock the manufacturer a mark. If Amazon gets too frustrated from the manufacturer lying to them, they will dock enough marks to make the seller disappear. This seller hasn't disappeared and has been docked multiple times for getting the order wrong, but not enough to make them disappear. Less than 50 one-stars is something you'll see with dozens of refurbished ink manufacturers, they just mess up a lot. Take the risk and enjoy your six-pack. By now they should've learned their lesson. Just keep in mind that the seller has been risky in the past, and it may not be worth insulting someone far away from you by forwarding this gift to them, as it could be wrong. References: I have bought from this seller and have gotten both the six-pack and the one-pack in separate orders.

that item fit 500ml syrups or 750ml syrups?

I use mine in the 500ml bottles. I don't think I've seen the 750ml bottle but if the height and bottle top are the same size (meaning the bottle is just wider) then I assume it would work for the 750ml as well.

Do they work on the new slim syrup bottles?

actually, revising my previous answer, it appears from the more recent comments that these have possibly have been modified so that they work well with the new tall/slim syrup bottles. either that, or reviewers are saying they "work" even though they leave a about 3/4" of syrup in the bottom of each bottle as the ones that i purchased (around 2015) do for me.
