My cold water faucet would not work in my 21-year-old bathroom. My smart plumber said I needed a new faucet. So I found this one which was nearly identical to my other 21-year-old faucets in this bathroom. It arrived in 2 days!!!!! He installed it and it works perfectly and is almost the same as my old faucets! Yay!

Good product

Very good quality, this product is very good quality.

These replaced a 32 year old faucet and look beautiful. It is not easy to find the brass with the silver. We had to match other things in the bathroom so there weren’t a lot of choices. This set worked great for us and I’m happy with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. This faucet only worked properly for a few seconds before the stream of water reduced to almost unusable volume. After changing all of the connected lines and valves the low volume continued. It wasn’t until I checked the cartridge and spout filter where the problem was discovered. There was something internally that broke into fragments that was clogging the spout filter. I had to run the water without the filter to flush all the fragments out (see picture). There was also broken fragments in the cold side cartridge (see picture). Since the problem was caused by internal fragments, I am not confident that this set will last nor can I recommend it. I will post a follow up review.

Although the faucet installation was straight forward, the T connector for main faucet tub needs a better design. The washer placement for the T connector causes the rubber washer to get squeezed inside the faucet tub and thus a leak is caused. Spent at least two hours figuring out this and then fixed it by using a cone washer from another plumbing part which finally allowed the T connector to be tightened and stopped the leak. I recommend manufacturers redesign this part to match the Delta faucet o-ring style design.

I’ve installed many Kingston Brass fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms. All have impressed me with quality pieces, all threads are good, Orings are good, made of real brass. Not like D3lta fixtures who have sold out to the lowest China bidder with crappy non-standard threads, wrench sizes etc. Kingston Brass is my recommendation. The finish lasts longer than high-end priced WaterWorks. KB is amazing quality.
