I researched a lot of choices for Berberine to try, as a previous choice (my first time ordering,) did not work well for me. It upset my stomach so much I had to stop taking it and threw it away..I eventually decided to try Berberine again, for the benefits outlined, and carefully chose this brand. 1200 mg for two capsules per day seemed a good deal for the cost, as compared to others. And I found this one did not leave my digestive system upset if taken with a full glass of water, as the directions advise. No issues! ☺️Very highly recommended!

Great product

I started using Berberine when I started my weight loss journey. After some research, I found that it could help with hunger and cravings so I thought I would give this brand a try. I take two capsules a day along with my calorie deficit and working out and have lost 65 lbs in 9 months. I do know that this supplement did just that and it only supplemented in my journey but I do genuinely feel it would have been harder to achieve without incorporating into my routine. Its a win win for my weight loss and added benefits of heart health and blood sugar levels.

I have been struggling with my sugar level lately. I went to see my Dr who ran some blood tests and found out my readings were on the over the limit side. He prescribed Januvia in 25mg pills. I was very cautious about taking this drug. I divided the pill in 4 quarters and took a quarter with my dinner. Everything was find until I got home from work that night. After my nightly shower from coming from work I ate an apple and a banana. I had some terrible side effects from the Januvia that I thought I was going to die. The next morning when I wake up I flushed in the toilet the rest of the 90 pills that the Doc prescribed.I did some research on line and came up with this product because of price and quantity. I also read some reviews. I started using the product yesterday 06/26/20 and it dropped my blood sugar from 155mg/dl to 115 mg/dl this morning. Case close I have no more to say!P.S.Be very careful when taking those pharmaceutical drugs that are out there. Do your research and read about the side effects before taking any drugs that might save your life!

I didn’t see any changes in me whether with the weight loss nor the BP.

This quality product does help with gut issues. It has become part of my supplement.
