You will need a decently small holed tea strainer or ball or something to steep this tea as the needles alone from the thyme will try to escape. I am overall rather impressed by how good this tea tastes considering all the different ingredients put in to boost the immune system. (As I am sure you know some are rather... Well meant to take more like shots) It is a tea that can stand by itself, but if you truly do not like the taste, as with most herbal teas add in a bag of British black and you will not taste it much but get the benefits.I do have a light cold right now, and it does seem to help with the light throat scratchiness. If you do add in British make sure to still steep your cold season tea to max potency for max benefits (so pray tell please use a timer for the different steep times)

I am far from tea connoisseur. But am learning due to cancer and chemo. This added a floral taste when mixed with earl great and eucanasia it does not seem over powering

I didn’t use it right away. But after finding out I was positive (Covid-19). I began to you it and i believe it helped me recover fast. I was dealing with pressure in my face and I couldn’t smell anything. But after two day’s of this tea my smell came back and I wasn’t having anymore sinus problems.

The flowers in the tea are so small that a tea spoon infuser does not hold it in. Flowers were floating all over the cup. I guess it’s OK, but not what I’m used to. There isn’t much flavor either.

This tea blend really helped open me up and clear things up. I was coughing, congested, just not feeling well. Shipping was fast! I felt a difference after the first cup. I drank 8oz 2x a day for about 8days. This is now my go to tea when I’m having allergy or cold symptoms... I added honey but it’s fine without. I reused the herbs as a face mask. Lol
