Absolutely Terrible
Working from home presented a problem with losing my normal ability to talk on the phone and type. So, a workaround was to get this headset and use it with Google Voice, attaching to my computer via Bluetooth. Let me tell you... this is THE worst sounding and most confusingly awful headset I've ever had. Everyone's voices are terribly muffled, there is absolutely no comfortable fit, it randomly rings on it's own even though I've hung up the call (or at least tried to, as this device is terribly glitchy), and the connection to my laptop is so awful it keeps hiccuping, so the client can't hear me clearly. Truly upset as this is a complete waste of money and time. Now I have to hunt again for a solution. I may just have to shell out money for the real thing and buy a Plantronics headset. You truly do get what you pay for.

Decent Bluetooth device for its price
I have been using Plantronics Voyager Legend for over 6 years. As the battery deteriorates, I was in search for a replace Bluetooth headset. I picked this device mainly due to its price, and I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. What I like about this device:- Comfortable to use, it comes with ear plugs of different sizes, and it fits my ear pretty well- Sound quality is good for making phone calls, but if you want to use it for listening to music you may be better with other devices designed for that purpose- Material and finish is good, comparing it side-by-side to my Plantronics Voyager Legend, you can't really tell any difference- It comes with a nice container, which is made of high quality plastic, and it doesn't feel cheap at allWhat I wish the device could be better- The multi-function button can be used for turning the unit on/off, answering phone calls, and play music; personally I'd like to have a dedicated power button to turn it on/off so that I don't have to long press the button- There's no way to find out how much battery life is left in the device, my Plantronics Voyager Legend has voice command for that- A USB-C port for charging will be much betterConsidering its price, which is about the same as the Plantronics Voyager Legend's charging case, I would give this device an overall 5-star rating. It gives me high quality, pretty much the same functionality, but at a fraction of the price of a name-brand device.

Outstanding Customer Service!
The Conambo K-10 headset with mic-boom from BinglePro is an excellent unit and works smoothly with my husband's iMac and with my iPad and iPhone 10. Unfortunately though, it does not work properly with my new MacBook Pro, which was the computer I purchased it for. When using Facetime on the MacBook Pro, It pairs smoothly and I can be easily heard by the other person I am Facetiming with. The problem is that I am unable to hear them. After an extended screen sharing session with Apple, it was determined that the K-10, for some reason, is not fully compatible with the MacBook Pro.(FYI, I experienced the same issue with the Comexion A-12 headset) It was at that point that I contacted Conambo via email explaining the issue and Apple's determination of the problem.I received a very prompt response from their representative, Jenny, who sincerely apologised for my inconvenience and not only offered me a complete refund through Amazon, but allowed me to keep the headset to use with my other Apple devices. Simply put, customer service doesn't get any better than that, and based on their outstanding response to my issue, I can recommend purchasing from them without hesitation. Also, as long as you will not be using it for your MacBook Pro, I highly recommend the Conambo K-10 model. Thanks again, Jenny, for the amazing customer service!P.S. I then contacted Plantronics, the premier Blu-Tooth headset manufacturer and learned that this kind of issue is apparently quite common with many Blu-Tooth headsets, including Plantronics units. However, I was informed that they do make a headset that solves the problem. It's the Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC, NOT the Plantronics Voyager 5200 without the UC designation. The UC model is the one you want. Also, be sure to request a unit with the correct USB connection for your computer, likely Micro USB or USB C. The alternative is to purchase a connection adapter from Amazon or another source. I checked and they are not expensive.

Don't Like
Good things: It pairs very quick and it works very well. sounds great. on a call the other caller can hear me very good.Don't likes :Its very big for small ears , it feels like its going to fall out .the ear port it too big . they give you 3 different ear stabs ,small med and large but not even the small one fits in my ear. I have to shove it deep in to my ear to make it fit and it still get lose in about one minite. and as you push it in to your ear you push the phone buttom making it call or turn off.Over all :If you got big ears this product will work for you well

Not living up to the high praise...
I have experienced several issues:1) When linked to a second Bluetooth device(My Cell) it cuts in and out and I hear every 4th word. This is a MAJOR problem since its the reason I got this model.2) The battery life is not as advertised. Yesterday, fully charged, it lasted only 7 hours and then died without warning. Nowhere near the advertised duration listed.
