Collars and leashes arrived quickly. Quality is amazing, great materials and highly reflective. Information plates are secure and easy to read.When I let them know that color was not as expected, they sent photos of colors I requested and immediately replaced the collar with another in my choice of color. We are totally pleased!On top of that, their price is a fraction of competitors~$14 as compared to $35 for collar alone then another$15 for information tag!Can’t imagine why you’d shop anywhere else!

I bought this collar and when it arrived I loved it and it seemed to be decent quality. I did not have this collar more than several weeks and the black plastic clasp broke making it unusable! I am just so upset because it seems everything else on the collar is well made.UPDATE: the seller reached out and is sending a replacement free of charge, to me this speaks volumes and is excellent customer service!

I ordered one at first to see how it would turn out and I’m impressed, especially at this price point. The collar itself is of good quality and is very durable. The tag came out great as well.I placed an order today for 2 more collars for my other dogs.

Really liked the fit for our 80 pound dog and that it doesn't jingle when he moves. The name collar did fade within the year of wearing it and one side of the tag broke away from the material it's attached to. At this point it also smells ultra doggy and I'm not sure that we would want to put this in the washing machine. For $14 it's a good buy.

I originally received my order with the incorrect phone number on the collar. Amazon would not let me ask for a refund so I was upset. But Joytale quickly remedied the situation and a new collar with the correct phone number is on its way! Superb customer service! The product is well made so I’m looking forward to having my new pup finally wear it! Will update with a photo once I get the new collar !

I ordered three of these collars for each of my dogs. I am very please with how they turned out. Not only was it fast to receive but they worked with me after I realized I ordered a wrong color. They're nice and vibrant colors, thick and durable. Now I wanna get one for my dad's dog.

I have probably purchased 8-10 of these collars for various family members. This is, hands down, the best deal on Amazon. These collars are beautiful. They come in an array of vibrant collars, have reflective tape built in and are very rugged and durable. The customized tag is laser etched and does not fade over time. I have been using these collars for over 5 years and do not have one complaint about them. For the price you will not find a better deal anywhere. Considering this is a custom product the time it takes to receive the item is reasonable. Typically I have had to wait 10-14 days to receive them in the mail. I have purchased these for family members everyone is astonished at the quality of these collars. I cannot recommend this product enough.

Very pleased with the two collars with tags that I ordered. Came rather quickly. The collar is made with high quality material and the tag is well done. I really like the font. Very happy with this purchase.

Made of nice material. Inside is cushioned so I know it isn’t hurting my dog. I have a German Shepherd so he gains and looses fur depending on the season etc I ordered this so I could loosen and tighten as necessary. The collar reflects in the dark which is an added bonus. The personalization is amazing. I’d definitely recommend this collar to a friend.

These collars are awesome! We’ve had them a few months now and they look as good now as the day we got them! Super-durable, lovely colours and a good strong tag with all the contact details. Would definitely buy again if I needed to and would highly recommend!

Il colore è molto fedele alle immagini nella descrizione.La piastrina personalizzabile è fatta bene e molto leggibile, da migliorare il sistema di attacco della piastrina al collare, ma nel complesso è resistente.Spedizione un pò lenta ma se non avete fretta va bene visto il prezzo.
