Ordered this to replace the control pad on my Hudson Bay spa. Easy installation (only took 15 minutes) and was a direct fit. Would definitely recommend.

It took a little time to research different control units to determine which one would work for my Hudson Bay 4 person hot tub but this unit was a direct replacement and worked perfectly.

After researching the type we needed this was recommended as fitting our hot tub. It did not line up properly. I returned it but they kept $15.39 restocking fee. I will not use this seller again.

I bought a very small (200 gallon) hot tub for help with my arthritic joints. After only a couple of years, the control panel went 'kerflunk'. It was still keeping the temperature, but the jets wouldn't come on. Because I am a HUGE do-it-yourself person, I pulled the old panel out, and even took it apart to see if I could fix it. I discovered that it just wasn't very well designed, and the buttons inside of the water-proof jelly inside of the panel weren't making contact with the switches. After shopping around on the Internet for a while I discovered this model. It appeared to have the same connections, and the same 4 switches. It is now installed and working perfectly! I am thrilled to have my hot tub back in service, and my joints feeling better. Great replacement product!
