Great product. Saved a ton of money. Husband was able to install. Installation was easy and fit was perfect. Very happy with product.

My Maytag Gemini double oven bottom oven was not heating. Broiler was working so I suspected the lower bake heating element had failed. This unit was easy to swap in for the old element and fit perfectly. My lower oven is now warming and holding to temp once again. Only issue I had with is the packaging used for shipping left a lot to be desired. The part was in a plastic bag, which was in a slightly larger box with not enough filler to keep the part from rattling around in the box. The electrical connectors had ripped holes in the plastic bag and were exposed. Other than that would recommend.

Oven element came well packaged! The hardest part of this replacement was removing my old element. One of the prongs was crimped in.However, once that was out, it was easy to push the new element’s prongs in. I did crimp the socket on the wire. The new element prong is a teeny bit narrower than my old element.The new element is also about 1” short on the left side for my oven. You can see in my picture. (Excuse the dirty oven - haven’t been able to run the self-clean.)However, it’s a convection oven so the fan will circulate the heat anyway. It heated up great - red through out the element.Very happy to have my oven back! Realized old element was out when the oven wouldn’t get hotter than 280 degrees. The old element broke in 3 pieces when I removed it. Hope this new one last for many years!

My oven element broke, and this one fulfilled its duty as the replacement. Easy to install.
