I bought these after eye doctor recommended omega supplement for helping with my dry eyes (thanks perimenopause). I opted for this vegan version bc I have had fish oil before and it gave me fishy burps. These taste great and have nice gummie consistency. Im on my 2nd bottle and my eye issue is all cleared up with needed drops.
