Great!
This is excellent farro. I've only started eating farro recently and have tried many brands but this is the best so far. It holds up well in my salad (to the tooth). I make it with black olives, red onions, parsley, dried cranberries, oregano with olive oil and lemon juice, s&p (or you can use Italian dressing, but I make my own). I will definitely order again.

Very good quality
The quality of this product is excellent. I have replaced using rice with farro. There’s more flavor to it just as personal with recipes. Wonderful hot or as a salad.My only complaint was Amazon‘s packaging was busted open

Love this brand of farro. Very fresh, cooks up well. Add to soups or cook separately then cook and add to salads. So good!

such a perfect summer salad base
i add chopped red peppers, string beans and other veggies, add lemon dressing with salt and pepper and this is served cold and delicious

This is very valuable when I add it to my ordinary oatmeal mix. I just gives it great fullness and long lasting fullness.
