I bought this weighted blanket for my son, who suffers from anxiety and restless nights. The first night he used it, I noticed an immediate change in him in the morning. He said he had a great night sleep, and felt much more awake. He has continued to use it every night and now sleeps on top of his duvet, and uses the weighted blanket over him. He said the weight of it makes him full asleep quicker. He is a typical teenager worrying about everything, so I am delighted that this is helping him have a good nights sleep. Would highly recommend.

Hi - reviewing this as the size of the Queen size is not as hoped. I’ve used the blanket for the last few nights and the weight is indeed quite helpful to ‘restless legs’ but not exceptional. I think something heavier than 6.5kg would work better for me even though I’m 5’5 and size 12.The main problem was the size. If you look at the photographs - if I had it on the bed long ways it covered me from my shoulders and down over my feet in the same way I’d use my duvet. However it was then only capable of covering half my bed and worked only like a single blanket. If I used it as I presume it was intended, longways across the bed, it didn’t cover my feet unless I put it down across my chest. This meant I needed something else to cover my shoulders and I needed my duvet as well which was too hot! So I’d much prefer it to be longer than the 152cm it suggests it is. My tape measure reads it being a good 4cm shorter in any case!On a positive note - The colour of the outside cover is nice a warm grey with the raised dots. Nothing wrong with this at all. The inside looks identical to the cheaper versions, but this version just includes the cover.

I would say it helps me relax into sleep but the trade-off has been that I wake in the night because the Blanket is too warm. They state both on Amazon and their website to "offer a range of Bamboo & Cotton Summer cooling covers" but I couldn't find anything and when I enquired with the seller they said they were being manufactured which basically means they don't sell them at all (yet) which is frustrating as it certainly influenced me buying the product in the first place.If you are someone who gets hot in the night or has a warm bedroom I would avoid this product until they actually sell the other cooler covers, I think it is suited to being cozy on winter nights currently. (For context, I live on the ground floor and my bedroom doesn't go over 18 degrees at night.)

I bought this blanket to try and improve my sleep. I was a bit unsure due to the price but there seems to be increasing evidence about the benefits of weighted blankets so I decided it was worth a try. I have not used an alternative weighted blanket in the past to be able to compare brands, but I can say that I have really noticed an improvement in my sleep since using this one and i’m so glad i’ve got it!!! I seem to settle quicker and wake less. The fabric is lovely and soft. It is also really handy that you can wash the cover easily as you would a duvet cover. I would definitely reccomend!

Oh my goodness! This blanket is amazing. I suffer from fibromyalgia and restless leg syndrome, and this blanket aids my sleep immensly. It doesn’t necessarily help me go off to sleep, but once I fall asleep, I’m adleep for longer than previously. My restless kegs are no more! I’m unable to lift the blanket myself as it’s so heavy and too painful for me, but it doesn’t feel toi heavy when you’re under it. It’s great on its own, and on top of a duvet on colder nights. Worth paying more for this one as the glass beads and smaller pockets are more effective at keeping shape than cheaper versions. Well worth the money despite it being costly. The one disappointing thing is that a spare cover is over £40 with no cheaper options available. I’m yet to invest in a spare cover.

I am new to Amazon and originally left this as "seller feedback" (oops!). I bought this blanket to help with my poor sleep. I find it hard to switch off and often wake during the night. I have heard great things about weighted blankets so thought to give it a try. I never knew something so simple could help so much. I am sleeping much more soundly.

I'd heard good things about Weighted blankets being used for anxiety and sleep issues which appealed to me massively. I tried lots of various things to relax and try and get a better night sleep but to no avail.When the blanket arrived I knew immediately it was great quality by the way it was packaged. Its obvious that care was taken to send these parcels out, they were packaged so nicely. The softness of the outer cover is beautiful. I was daunted about trying to get the inner blanket into the cover but it was easier than I expected. I love that both the cover and the blanket can be washed.The weight is evenly distributed throughout the blanket so you don't feel hemmed in or trapped. There's an immediate sense of relaxation as soon as the blanket is placed over you. I can honestly say I've never fallen asleep as quick before since using the blanket! I used to toss and turn for hours but now I'm asleep in what feels like a few minutes. I'm no longer waking throughout the night and struggling to get back to sleep. And I feel so refreshed in the morning.I only wish I'd bought this blanket sooner!It really is a game changer!

The product came packaged in a very neat box, filled with the weighted blanket, cover and a whole bunch of guides as well as pamphlets on what their company stand for. A company that sells a well thought out product for people with anxieties and also contributes to mental health charities. The how-to guide was extremely handy, concise but also detailed.Once the cover has been pulled over the weighted blanket, I tried it out instantly and the first hand experience of being enveloped by the blanket was unlike any other blanket I've tried. Comforting experience and spent my first night in the blanket feeling tugged in.Would recommend this product!
