Again, I was very skeptical at all of these self-massage units on the market. I stand corrected as this little electronic worker is the perfect massage for sitting on a chair and having it work its wonders with you. I tried to lie down on it in bed but it was too intense...but I can see working up to it as it is the same strength as a talented Shiatsu practitioner. Nice heat function, not too hot but a nice warmth. You do not have an adjustment to different intensities but you have a rolling function that goes up and won your back and a focus setting that stays in one area. For me, and I am 5'7, the top massage area hits between my shoulder blades. you may hev to adjust to get the massage places where you want them on your body. You can push against the unit while sitting which also makes it feel even better,Wotth every penny. You will save lots of money as this unit works as well as a masssge therapist if you are just needing a little love and care to your back. if you are used to Rolfing or myofacial release, this is the more gentle cousin and a general massage to your backside.I can see having this on while I do all my tedious paperwork while working at my desk as it is absolutely delicious and decadent while working.Total winner.

I ordered this with reservation because I’ve used other back massagers that were more like heating pads or vibratory. This one really rolls out the tight muscle so that a short use relieves the tension and I can forget about stiff aches. I haven’t used the heat part often, yet, but look forward to it when colder weather comes.I even used it as a foot massager by leaning it against the couch armrest and resting my feet on it..felt great!The pressure is intense, so it took a little adjustment in positioning to prevent too much pressure....basically I can’t lay on it. I may try puttin a blanket between the massager and my back if I want to press against it more.The ‘spot’ function is great! As soon as I find a place where the massage feels really great I lick in the ‘spot’!If I were to improve it I may make the contour a bit wider at the base but that may be my body shape! Ha!Both my husband and I have used it multiple times without recharging it, and it keeps on going! Really helpful to be able to move it around the house without an electrical cord.

I got this as it was cheaper than a new office chair, and who doesn't want a nice rolling massage with heat, and that part is amazing ! I love sitting in long useless meetings and just letting it massage my back and warm me up, its delightful.The seat/thigh massage vibrator things are terrible, you can barely feel them when they're on, and when they are off it hurts when sitting on them. I took it out and replaced the seat cushion with better foam.

This back massager is great if you're looking for an intense back rub. This is not a vibrating massager, there are 2 nubs (one on each side) that spin in a circle as they move straight up and down. Run time is 15 minutes at a time (I've ran it for an hour with no issues) battery life is great, will run for at least an hour. If you've gotten a deep tissue massage or had knots massaged out of your back, this is very comparable to one of those massages. I suppose you could not lean back so hard for a softer massage, I need deep tissue so I haven't tried that. My husband and son love it as well! Have not used the heat feature as I take a hot shower when I'm finished to loosen the muscles I just had wrenched on. You will be sore to the touch the next day or 3, depending on the pressure you apply to it. It is on the short side but if you sit on a couple throw pillows, it will reach low into your hip area and if you raise it up (and flip over) it reaches the base of your head. I only recommend dipping it over because of the wedge shape it is, it works easier to have to wide part between the couch and your neck so you're not looking at the ceiling trying to get it to your neck. I cannot recommend this enough if you are looking for an intense massage! (I was going in for a massage every other week, which sometimes was too long, and now I'm down to once a month to once every 6 weeks using this once or twice a week).

I had to buy 2 different adapters because the one that Snailax sponsored brand didn’t work. Second adapter works. My disappointment is that I’m 5’1” but the rollers only come as high as my shoulder blades and not to my shoulders or neck. I think it would work well for a lower back problem but for upper back, I wouldn’t spend the $ again.

My wife gave me this as a gift and I love it. The controls are easy to use. It has a default timer setting of 15 minutes that can be reduced to 10 or 5. The controls also have an optional vibration and in the seat cushion and an optional heating pad. The massage works well with good pressure. I am 5'5 and the range will go from my tailbone to shoulder blades.I tried it on various chairs and found it works well everywhere except a plushy couch. I usually use it on my office chair (see photo) but have also used it on patio furniture and at our kitchen table. There's an elastic strap with velcro that can be used to strap it to the chair to prevent it from moving around.This is a very good and affordable little device. I use it a few times a day while I'm working, gaming, or just needing to relax for a few minutes. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my fiance last year because he has a lot of back pain and is a manual laborer. He doesn't have heated seats in his car (which he really liked for pain relief) so this was for use during his lunch breaks or at home. The massager fit his computer chair nicely but he's is 6ft 2in so this extra padding on his car seat made things a little uncomfortable. He really loves how the massager moves up and down his back and really works his back muscles. I've used this as well and found it to be quite good at relieving my lower back pain and tension in my shoulders. It really feels like you're getting a massage! Its also very easy to set up and use.We would highly recommend this product!
