A great price, but more clarification on dosage would be good
This 60 day supply works out to under 19p/day for 300mg, which is a good dosage but a little under the standard amount which is tested in clinical trials.Trials use 400-800mg of polyphenols, generally, and often standardise the amount of EGCG, which this supplement does not.I would like in the future for the manufacturer to include the amount of EGCG and other polyphenols, and to increase the dosage to 400mg.But, for the cost, this is a really affordable supplement which helps to get more of the goodness of green tea into your diet.The bottle is a slimline plastic one which is fully recyclable which is good.Well worth a purchase, but if you hope to achieve any of the clinical benefits of the supplement I would recommend to look up the exact dosage used in clinical trials.

This is a nice slimline container of green tea extract. This is a very healthy supplement, it has immune system benefits and green tea itself has many health benefits. Myself and my Partner take this daily.These are easy to swallow, not too big and this is a 30 day supply as there's 60 capsules to which you take 2 a day.These are pleasant to take with no aftertaste and these seem good quality ingredients. Recommended.

Massive health benefits
I ordered these after reading about the massive health benefits of green tea. I don't enjoy drinking green tea at all and have to mix mine with an ordinary tea bag to make it palatable. So for me, a capsule was the best way to get the benefits of green tea, without having to drink it.Do Google these as you will see that there are massive health benefits on mamy levelsThe capsulez are quite big, but not an issue as they slip down easily, and so far have had no aftertaste. I'm very pleased with these and knowing how good they are for you I will definitely be ordering more.Pretty good value in comparison to the health stores that I've looked in.
