I have used this brand before with no problems and will continue to do so. Excellent value for money for what you are getting here at 45 days worth. All necessary items for good health and I decided to try being an older woman. The calcium and vitamin d were therefore essential for me. A decent size but not hard to swallow. I think you just get used to it. Always take as instructed on the bottle but if in doubt take with food to minimise indigestion. If you really can't manage 2 pills, just take one, it's better than nothing. No taste really, to talk of which makes taking much easier. A good investment, like a multivitamin, for your future health.

In these Covid times, these capsules fit the bill when it comes to protecting ones health. They're packed with vitamins and minerals and they come in a handy flat plastic bottle which is good for storage. The capsules are quite big. Would recommend for anyone over 50.

This is brilliant! All woman should take these early on to help when you are older to prevent bone loss. My mum suffered from this so I have been taking osteo boosting vitamins for years. I love this brand as it combines all the extra vitamins you need along with calcium to absorb well and look after your bone health. 90 tablets makes this excellent value for money and they are easy to swallow. I like taking them at night 2hours after my evening meal.

Love the packaging, but like most mineral and vitamins, it takes time to use them, I take 1 a day as I take others, costly for a 45 day purchase
