Great laptop
Lovely laptop that is a pleasure to use. Fairly light and sleek. The only issue is the rather sharp edges around the keyboard area (noticeable is the laptop is elevated and your arm rests on there). It certainly has power under the hood and plays all I throw at it. Also the 4K screen is crystal clear with great contrast.

A NIGHTMARE
Out of the box, the 230v power adapter supplied by Razer did not worked.I then used a USBC power adapter to charge the PC and set it up. While installing a few application, I run a dead pixel test and discovered a horizontal dashed line of defective pixels (especially visible on red, white and green backgrounds).At this point I decided to return the product and asked through amazon a return shipping label. Before packing the PC for shipment, I decided to reset it, in order to be sure to clear adequately my sensible personal data. This worked fine till the PC started to reinstall Windows. At that point, it turned off and I was unable to turn it on again. (I am not a technician but I really tried everything suggested on Razer site. Nonetheless, you are not supposed to be a technician to reset a laptop!)It is frustrating...after spending so much money I have to waste time to reset and ship the laptop back to Amazon.I would have been happy to ask for a replacement, but after looking at other ratings on this new 2020 edition of the Blade 15 I begin to suspect that Razer quality tests are not adequate.

Portable and powerful
Easily the best laptop I’ve owned. It has all the power of my desktop in a robust and portable package! Absolutely love the metal body!
