After just a couple months of barely using this cable, it no longer works. What a scam. I’d like my money back please.

Apple-Certified 3 Foot Charging Cables, 8-Pin Lightning (for iPhone 5 & 6 & Newer iPad's), by SPARK
This is a well made 8-pin Lightning cable (for the newer iPhone 5 & 6 and the newer iPads). It's manufactured by Spark, but certified by Apple to be completely compatible with all Apple devices. So this is as good as the official Apple cables, but at $10 it's about half the cost. These make good replacements for your original, and spares for various rooms of the house, the car and for our travel bags.Build quality is good, and feels exactly like our original Apple cables that came with our iPhones.Three feet long. Black rubbery tips on each end which I actually like better than the original Apple cables. These are available in a choice of 5 colors, each color as a separate Amazon listing. The weak spot on most 'cheapo' aftermarket cables is the attachment point from wire to the USB plug. The cheapo's pull loose, the inner wires become exposed, can't stand up to being twisted in use & they fail. These Spark's, in contrast, feel sturdy and the cables feel solid, not flimsy.***About durability: I've bought a lot of no-name knockoff Apple bargain cables on eBay in the past, and yes they're cheap, but I've learned the hard way that they can unexpectedly fail just when I really need them (like a long road trip or an important meeting). If you seriously need your devices, cheap cables are a false economy. After buying (and throwing away) a lot of short-lived unreliable eBay cables that lasted a month or two then abruptly died, I've finally realized that it's worth it to just pay a few dollars more upfront for better quality cables that will be reliable and that will last. I do like a bargain, but I've decided that Apple-certified cables are actually worth paying for.I received evaluation samples from Spark for impartial review, and I'm very satisfied with their performance. I've tested these Spark's in various USB wall chargers as well as several different car chargers. These Spark's have all worked fine with each of the different chargers. Charging speed on all my devices is just as fast as my original Apple cables. No complaints, and nothing I would change or improve.I hope this review is helpful as you comparison shop Apple charging cables. Happy trails, everybody.
