Belvas Organic Hot Chocolate Drops Chocolate 5.3oz

Tasty and chocolaty but not tooooo sweet which I like since I can't handle super sweet items. This is just the perfect blend to have right before going to sleep. Packaging is good and the product arrived on time in good shape.

. Delivery took longer than expected, and when I received them they were melted together. Sent message to company and it looks like they are sending anew one as order summary say expected July 27-August 1

Absolutely not worth the money. When the product arrived it was all melted at the bottom or the bag. Super tiny bags, not much in there. Product looks to come from France or England from the postage on the box. There is no indication that it is shipped from overseas on this site. The bag is in another language and I can't read it. So not worth the 45 dollars that was shelled out.

I ordered these but had to wait a while for them to come, without much explanation as to why it would take so long. When the package arrived, there was a melted massive lump of chocolate in the bottom of the bag. Needless to say, they will not work as expected. Not sure how I will use this now.

I ordered these hot chocolate drops on May 30. They arrived June 13 and the expiration date was 05/12/2022 .... so they had already expired when I ordered them. In addition, they had melted into a solid mass and when I broke up the mass to heat in milk, they had an "off," somewhat moldy taste. They are not eligible for return, so I guess that's my loss. I won't be ordering them again.

My son did not liked it, had to throw it away. My friend gifted this and my son liked it so ordered it from Amazon but something was wrong with this new packet. My son hated it and said it seems as chocolate drops are too old and very bad in taste. It was so bad that had to throw whole packet away.

This item was shipped without proper insulation and all 3 bags arrived as melted blocks of chocolate. HArd to use in a drink this way for portion control. Is is possible to replace them?

Took a very long time to ship, had melted into a clump of chocolate by the time it arrived. No indication that this ships from outside the US.
