Sengoku Basara: Samurai Kings - Seasons One and Two + OVA [Blu-ray]

this series is so good, the fights are explosive and colorful as date masamune and yukimura fight to see who is stronger creating an epic rivalry. it just gets even more bad ass when the demon king nobunaga shows up and plans to conquer all of japan. causing the creation of some alliance between the warring nations. easily, date masamune with his six swords and the tiger of kai steal the show as my favorite characters and the demon king nobunaga looks badass and intimidating, i wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley. season 2 wasn't as good as season 1. the only thing i remember of season 2 was the villain, the giant general toyotomi as he just tanks through all of date's attacks and seeks to unite the nations under his strength. overall this series is action packed and will keep your interest. highly recommend it.

Sengoku Basara is one of my favorite series across all forms of media so im suoer biased. This is not the show for everyone keep that in mind. Adapted from the video game series loosely based on history, Basara is DBZ with swords. Honestly you have too watch the show to understand it. The sub and dub which provides are both good. The sub version with over the too voice acting as you expect from a Japanese dub. I dgo on all day about how much i love this but its ultimately a person to person experience. The save edition is worth the money give this a watch

most S.A.V.E titles have a reversible cover so you dont have to see the giant green S.A.V.E sticker on the front side. this title doesnt, that is my only complaint

This is one of my fav anime to bulk watch. So much fighting with a few life lessons....and then...more fighting. Its good if you get the entire thing and watch it.
