Just made them, very nice!
I just made my first pancakes with this mix and was very pleased. I used milk instead of water, an egg, a good dollop of honey and some fresh blueberries. I will be ordering again! 👍🏻👍🏻

best waffle mix but more pricey online
Wish I could get this locally, as I like it very much for waffles. I can make crisp tasty waffles. Price is higher online and if I order direct from the company I have to order to much so I get it once and a while here.

Edible, but not enjoyable
Tried this brand when Bob’s Red Mill was out of stock. Surprisingly flavorless for a whole wheat recipe. The pancakes remain a pale beige color, no matter how long I cook them (within reason). Even adding additional fat won’t make them turn golden-brown. You can eat these pancakes if you want to, but I can’t think of a good reason why.

Best Ever
Truly the best pancake I've ever had. Though it wasn't mentioned (or at least I don't remember reading it) I let the batter hydrate for a while before cooking. Man oh man. Puffed up like a sourdough. Light fluffy great slightly nutty flavor. Def buy again.

Hard to find buckwheat
Around here we couldn’t find buckwheat pancake mix @ local stores. So we ordered on line here and are very pleased.

Not Very Tasty
I ordered this product from Amazon because I could not find a whole wheat pancake mix in the grocery stores in my area. I was looking forward to having savory pancakes with a nutty whole wheat flavor, but unfortunately the rye flour also used in this mix overpowers the wheat. If I had closed my eyes and tasted, I would have guessed that I was eating a slice of dark rye bread for breakfast, which was not at all what I wanted. I might try blending this mix with a white flour one to see if that tones down the rye taste, but I'm disappointed in this product and would not recommend it.

Real healthy pancakes
We tried a lot of brands, but this one is the best so far.Tasty and healthy whole grain pancakes.. never feel tired afterwards!

Good Tasting and 100% Whole Wheat
I found this pancake mix to taste as well as the other whole wheat pancake mixes and the price is low.
